FBI Pittsburgh Citizens Academy Board Member, 2019 Class Graduate, and HOPE Parent Advocate Richard L. Levitt passed away unexpectedly on November 12, 2019. Since the passing of his son, Jonathan, in February of 2017, he worked tirelessly, dedicating every day to raising awareness on the dangers of addiction to children, teens and communities.  Upon his passing, the Levitt family worked with the FBI Pittsburgh Citizens Academy Alumni Association to form the Rich Levitt Legacy Fund in support of the FBI H.O.P.E. initiative's mission.
